Refrigerated Air Dryers
We offer our clients an extensive range of Refrigerated Air Dryers that are used to provide dry & clean air to compressed air & pneumatic systems. Process:
Saturated compressed air enters the pre cooler and than it is cooled by exchanging heat with atmospheric air
The inlet air is further cooled in super cooler
The cold air is reheated while passing through a pre cooler
A refrigerant compressor and condenser suppliers refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device (since the information was too confusing therefore I have incorporated it as it is)
The hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load
Heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant in the super cooler
The process cools the air that results in condensation
The condensed moisture is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve

Economical and reliable process of compressed air treatment
The incoming saturated, moist air is pre cooled in the Air - to - Air Heat Exchanger (6) by the outgoing dry chilled air
In the process, a greater part of Water Vapor gets condensed into liquid moisture
Further moisture separation takes place in the Freon -to- Air Heat Exchanger (7) where air is chilled to a temperature of +2 Deg. C. and moisture condenses
This temperature is termed as pressure 'Dew Point'
The moisture separator (8) removes the condensate by an Automatic Condensate Trap (12) that is auto drain
We are instrumental in manufacturing Compressed Heat Less Air Dryer that is used in foundries and textile industry for drying plant’s air and other utility gases such as hydrogen gas, seal gas and nitrogen gas drying. These can remove 2300 gallons of moisture from 100 CFM pneumatic system that are operating at 100 PSI. Our range performs better where a dew point of (+2) degree celcius at line pressure that is (-22) degree celcius at atmospheric is acceptable.
